Fast turnaround and Really Genuine helpful peopleI was really well looked after by the whole team!Initially My laptop crashed (been used more than 6 years) so had to get a new computer! Afraid of the unexpected cost, I must say Khrish and Nick both looked after me and gave me a reasonably priced yet a very competent machine.Khrish has been giving me thorough updates by emails and calls at every steps whilst fixing my existing laptop.Bought the new Lenovo Laptop and Khrish has given the best genuine advise to me.We can always go to Currys and buy a sleek looking laptop but they are consumer grade and will not last more than 3 years.Any problems, hardware or software, I would highly recommend Optima computers!5 stars! I got a cleanup of my (nearly 10-year-old) Macbook plus retrieval of files from an old corrupted hard drive, done by Khrish in Jan 2024. Quick 24-hour turnaround, clear communication and job well done: he freed up around 40GB of previously inaccessible storage on my mac, and retrieved all the files from the external drive. Excellent service, recommended.

My case was handled by Sam, who run a check and quickly reported to me the cause of the problem and the remedial options available. I accepted the best suggested option and the laptop was ready for collection the following day. Very friendly and efficient team, did a battery replacement and service on my middle aged Apple Macbook Air .They said what they would do and did what they said they would (and completed the work when they said they would). It is well worth making the trip to Finchley (I cycled) but there are good public transport connections and it looks like the parking is quite easy. I will use optima again. They came recommended to me, and I will recommend them further. It is a great relief -- after some weeks scratching my head -- about where to find a reliable Mac workshop to have found one. I will go straight there the next time I need repairs or service.
